Can I exchange the products for another?

Yes. Exchanges are possible according to our ‘Returns policy’ Exchange can be done within one month from the date of purchase and the original bill should be produced at the counter.

Is delivery done free of charge?

Delivery is done free of charge for certain items only – within a radius of 5 Kms. and when the purchase value exceed LKR. 75,000/

How secure are the goods when delivered to my site address?

Our experienced staff are capable in handling all kinds of material and will ensure safe delivery to your site address without any damage.

What if I have received incorrect or faulty goods?

We are extremely sorry that your delivery has not gone smoothly. Once we have received your item, we will process your request. Please refer to our ‘Returns Policy’ stated above.

Can I find out when a product that is currently out of stock is available again?

You may re-check our web site to see if the item you wish to purchase is back in stock or speak to our staff on our helpline numbers. Or you can leave your contact details with our customer services and we will notify you once your item is available again.

Do I receive an Invoice for the goods I purchase?

Yes. Every order is processed and documented by way of an Invoice upon which delivery instructions are given to our Stores.
